Specific clients are assigned their own distinctive subdomains/links. Utilizing an incorrect subdomain/link will impede your ability to reset your password. For confirmation regarding the presence of a unique subdomain/link in the Phinity instance you are accessing, we kindly advise you to engage with your administrator.
Once you have accessed the link you will see the below screen:
You will then enter your username and click the 'Submit' button.
You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. The link will direct you to the following screen:
Once you have set your password, the browser will automatically navigate back to the landing page. You will then be required to log in for the first time on the screen below:
Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the Phinity 'Welcome' page from where you can access the various solutions you have access to.
