Add multiple third parties to the register through the import feature.
On the Welcome page of any Phinity Solution, navigate to the ‘Register’ as shown in the below screenshot:
The Third-Party Register allows you to enter, store and manage all relevant information about your business’ third parties. The type of information stored is customisable. However, there are some mandatory fields that you need to complete (e.g. Third-Party Name, Start Date, etc.).
From the “Third Party Register” page, a user can:
- Add, edit or delete a Third Party.
Select ‘Download’ register and then add all third parties included in this bulk register add. Please ensure all mandatory fields are completed, like the below sample.
Select ‘Import’ to upload your file with all the third parties.
Select ‘Choose File’ to select the file containing the third parties ready to be imported.
Select ‘Import’ and check to ensure there are no errors.
Select ‘Accept’ and bulk import third parties.
View all newly added third parties in the Register.
